Thank you for visiting my blog site.

I am a certified personal trainer and a nutrition coach working for Equinox Fitness Clubs in Toronto. Though I’ve been a fitness and nutrition enthusiast for over 40 years, I’ve only chosen this as my career path within the last five. Recently at a workshop for the club’s members, I presented what I knew and how they related to each other, calling it “You Can’t Out-Train A Bad Diet.” As a way of giving more in-depth information for future presentations to those looking for more insight, this blog site was born. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned over the years and present it in my unique way. I feel I have a lot to bring to the table in helping people get to a healthier lifestyle though their workouts and how they view food.
